1. Services Provided
HydroClear Water Treatment specializes in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and water purification products. Service availability may vary based on your location.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on final site inspection, materials, or labor required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
3. Payments
Full payment or a deposit is required before any installation or service. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and Zelle. Payment plans must be approved and agreed upon in writing.
4. Warranty
We provide limited warranties on select products and services. Warranty coverage will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or lack of routine maintenance.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Refunds for installed equipment are not provided unless covered under warranty.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure clear access to the service area and disclose any known plumbing issues. Any delays caused by the customer may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage due to existing plumbing issues or misuse of equipment after installation. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for purposes related to providing our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design is the property of HydroClear Water Treatment and may not be used without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Bexar County, TX.
